Yadav from India's National Institute of Immunology published an article in the journal Science titled "Taurine deficiency as a driver of aging", in which they found that in mice, monkeys, and humans, the concentration of circulating taurine decreases with aging, and taurine supplementation can reverse and increase healthy life and longevity.
